We believe that habits and awareness of our role in the environment is changing.
We need new ways to develop food with less environmental impact, less animal suffering and in a safer way.

At the same time, we don’t need to give up the flavor, texture and nutrition of meat. We need to do it another way. We entered with our ambition and passion for science to participate in this evolution: cultivating real meat.
